PTC Therapeutics (PTCT) shares of the small cap biotech showed great relative strength Tuesday in a weak tape and closed up 3.8% as the stock cleared monthly value area resistance at 46.50. A trendline from the October highs also in play as MACD sees a bull cross today and the breakout above can see a swift move to the 50 level and then 55 the former highs. A close back under 45 would be a prudent tight stop. PTCT is also speaking at the Barclays Global Healthcare Conference next week on 3/14.
