Procore Tech (PCOR) one of the more interesting IPOs in 2021 with a market cap now of $12.5B trading 23.5X EV/Sales with revenues growing 55% and 38% the past two years and seen growing 20-25% annually through FY25. PCOR has a massive opportunity as software penetrates the construction management industry and next reports on 11/4. Shares have been quiet the last few months putting in a nice range and now nearing a move out of the large volume zone and above trend resistance while already above VWAP off the highs. PCOR could easily make a run to $120 out of this set-up.
