Entravision (EVC) has hit the unusual call buy scans a few times lately with 3850 February $7.50 calls bought to open now in open interest, a small cap seeing unusual flow and a nice technical set-up. EVC shares are forming an ascending triangle that has ridden the rising 55-day moving average higher and starting to break out this week. The $650M company operates withing TV, Radio and Digital segments to a Hispanic audience. EVC trades cheap at 17X Earnings, 9X EBITDA, 1.15X Sales and 8.9X FCF with a 1.3% yield and plenty of cash. EVC is set to have a major growth year in 2021 while FY22 off tough comps still see 12% revenue and 13% EBITDA growth. EVC signed a pact last Summer for Spanish audio broadcast rights for NFL games. EVC has pivoted nicely and seeing strong growth from Digital.
