Interdigital (IDCC) shares of the small cap wireless technology player are up 80% this year and forming a strong-looking bull flag going into the new year with a breakout above 200 potentially being explosive for a move to all-time highs. IDCC has been stair stepping higher all year and has seen shorts get squeezed since summertime when the short float was near 20% but now having declined to 11% but still with enough fuel to spur another leg higher if can break highs.
